Therapy Development Executive - Cardiovascular (West India)

The TDE will leverage clinical expertise, strategic planning, and business development skills to educate healthcare professionals, develop educational programs, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Expertise & Education: Possess in-depth knowledge of catheter ablation therapy, develop and deliver educational programs, stay updated on market trends, support therapy staff, and implement continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning & Business Development: Identify market opportunities, develop strategies for therapy adoption, and build relationships with KOLs.
• Internal Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with internal teams and provide support for business reviews.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Support customer engagement strategies, coordinate educational events, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of clinical and/or sales/marketing experience in the Cardiovascular Treatment space.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Cardiology Pharma Background.

Location:

• Region: West India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan)
• Base: Mumbai or Ahmedabad
• Languages: English, Hindi, and a local language.
• Preference: Candidates from Indian Pharma handling Cardiovascular Portfolio.
• Career Growth: Clear pathway into the medical technology/device industry.
