Job Title: Test Manager Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Experience Required: 10 to 18 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Maximum Core Skills Required: Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS Bancs, Core Banking expertise Job Brief: We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Core Banking modules - like Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS BaNcs. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Function paths and a deep understanding of core banking modules in their current or recent projects within the last 6 years. Responsibilities: Analyze functional requirements from BRD documentation. Prepare and review test scenarios, test plans, and execution. Conduct manual and automated test execution. Log and track defects to closure, managing defect workflows. Manage stakeholder communications and handle a team effectively. Ability and willingness to travel; strong client-facing and communication skills. Requirements: Extensive experience in Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS Bancs, and Core Banking systems. In-depth knowledge of Retail Banking and Corporate Banking modules. Strong skills in designing and reviewing test scenarios, cases, and execution processes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to document issues, generate reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders. Proven ability to identify and drive issues through to resolution.
