You will be joining Marlabs Innovations Pvt Ltd, a company that designs and develops digital solutions with a focus on data-driven approaches. As an ETL Test Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software and data products within the Databricks environment. With 8-10 years of experience in QA and ETL testing, you will lead the Quality Engineering and Assurance (QEA) team, driving the automation of testing processes and overseeing the entire testing lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure software releases meet quality standards, and establishing key quality metrics. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of testing processes and results, as well as ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, extensive experience in quality engineering and software testing, and strong knowledge of efficient data pipelines using Azure Databricks and related services. Additionally, you should possess leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
