QE - Test Engineer (Salesforce with ERP/Procurement )

Role Overview:

We are seeking a experienced Salesforce Tester around 8 Years with a strong background in testing CRM Salesforce systems and functional expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, system configurations, and integrations. This role involves manual testing, regression testing, and working with automation tools, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation and Maintenance:

Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and system configurations.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including ERP and procurement applications.
Testing and QA:

Conduct manual and regression testing of the Salesforce CRM system to ensure functionality and reliability.
Apply strong knowledge of software QA methodologies with a focus on SaaS applications.
ERP System Understanding:

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of End-to-End ERP systems such as NetSuite.
Integration Testing:

Perform Salesforce integration testing with multiple cloud systems and procurement applications.
Test Planning and Execution:

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on requirement documentation.
Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure that all issues are properly documented and resolved.
Collaboration and Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, articulating testing issues and solutions.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in testing CRM Salesforce systems with strong functional expertise.
Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
Strong understanding of system configurations and integrations.
Testing Skills:

Strong skills in manual testing and regression testing.
Proficiency with at least one automation tool.
QA Methodologies:

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, particularly in SaaS environments.
ERP Knowledge:

Experience in Salesforce integration testing with multiple cloud systems, 
Test Documentation:

Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:

Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Certification: Relevant certifications in Salesforce
