Job Description Should have working experience with exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes, and planning for functional testing, impact analysis of changes, and regression testing Should have experience in understanding business requirements, functional specifications Need to be well versed with Life Insurance Domain (knowledge of New business, Policy servicing, Claim Settlement etc.) Should have Knowledge on Insurance Workflow System is Proficient to create Test Scenarios & Test cases basis of BRD / FSD documentation Should have Core Application Knowledge of Life Asia (AS400) / Ingenium / Elixir Should have knowledge in Creating or updating Test Need to be proficient in Performing SIT & UAT Test Execution Should have good verbal and written communication skills along with strong Logical thinking Must be a good learner and self-starter, and also a team player Should report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven software testing and quality assurance experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are a plus.
