QE - Test Engineer (MSD 365 F&O/ERP)

Role Overview:

We are looking for 5-7 years of experienced Manual Functional Tester , focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of finance modules and a keen understanding of testing methodologies and ERP-specific processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

Execute manual functional tests with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring thorough coverage of finance modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
Module Proficiency:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of finance modules, including but not limited to AP, AR, GL, and FA.
Apply understanding of Dual Write jobs, Data Management, and their specific applications within Dynamics 365.
Test Planning and Execution:

Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Carry out functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with business requirements.
Issue Identification and Resolution:

Identify, document, and track defects and testing issues.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure quality delivery.
Collaboration and Communication:

Communicate efficiently with team members and stakeholders, clearly articulating testing issues and solutions.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Tools and Methodologies:

Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps (VSTS) or similar testing tools to manage and document testing processes.
Apply familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and processes specific to ERP systems.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience as a Manual Functional Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Module Proficiency:

In-depth knowledge of finance modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), etc.
Technical Understanding:

Understanding of Dual Write jobs, Data Management, and their applications within Dynamics 365.
Testing Knowledge:

Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and processes specific to ERP systems.
Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate testing issues and solutions.
Team Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Tool Proficiency:

Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (VSTS) or similar testing tools is a plus.
Certifications:

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is an advantage.
