Job Description

The role of TSR involves providing service to the customer through intact and timely pickup and delivery of shipments in the field. This includes ensuring the connection of shipments picked up from your own route and developing the territory/route. It also involves growing business with existing customers in the route, generating sales leads, and self-grooming and upgrading product and operations knowledge. Additionally, part of the responsibilities includes sharing competition information to stay informed and competitive in the market.
