Job description Company Description Role Description Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 20 to 25 Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to achieve sales objectives. Ensure continuous hiring and onboarding of FSEs to maintain optimal team strength. Drive merchant acquisition targets and ensure consistent growth in the active merchant base. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure the team meets individual and collective targets. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to FSEs for better performance. Ensure proper customer service and address merchant queries and issues. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management skills Experience in training sales teams Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus Bachelor's degree.
