Sc. in Agri or Any Graduate Experience : 4 to 6 Years of Experience in Seeds or Chemical industry. Job Description : To achieve the sales target of his territory. To monitor daily, the liquidation of stock from distributor and retailer point for low sales return. To conduct effective Farmer meetings, Crop shows, Jeep campaigns, Demos and other Demand Generation activities. To monitor daily, the work of MDOs and work along with them. (Retailer visits, farmer visits, DG Activities, etc.) To set the MDOs tour plan, focus villages, focus products and focus retailers. To train the MDOs for their job (Sunhera Bhavishya Program). To meet Retailers and Distributors and ensure proper service is provided to them and solve all their problems (Channel Management) To add new retailers in his territory for business growth.
