Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Location: Calicut, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Calicut region. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience in Kerala, preferably in the Electronics and home appliances sector. Key Responsibilities: Business Planning: Submit monthly business and tour planning reports before the 25th. Set targets and strategize for improving performance in underperforming areas. Target Achievement: Achieve 90% of the set business targets and address issues in low-performing areas. Team Management: Maintain team satisfaction and ensure no more than 20% of staff score below a 2 out of 5 rating. Benchmarks Implementation: Lead monthly meetings with Territory Sales Managers and implement company policies and benchmarks. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for home appliances sales.
