Job Description

  •  Profile onuses:
    1. Handling 5-6 Sales Executives directly doing to the front-line sales.
  • 2. Planning and executing the sales targets.
  • 3. Ensuring the sales closures along with the sales executives
  • 4. Effective delivery of the sales presentations at the prospects at his location if required
  • 5. Managing the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc.
  • 6. Capable to manage the customer issues/ escalations effectively
    7. Good in the B2C sale
  • Job Specification:
  • 8. 7-8 yrs. of total experience of which team handling experience of 4 years is a must.      
  • 9. Must be target oriented male from background of BFSI, NBFC, Insurance, and Timeshare experience will be highly preferable and must have great contacts in the market.
  • 10. Experience in direct sales is mandatory.
  • 11. Excellent in Leadership Qualities
    12. Candidates worked into membership/ policy kind of sales will be preferable.
  • 13. Candidate with English proficiency will be highly preferable.
  • 14. Must have potentials to turn prospect into customer
    15. Must be good in interpersonal relations
  • 16. Flexible to travel across state on average at moderate frequency if required
    17. Pleasant personality & excellent in communication skills
  • 18. Sound knowledge about the local Market and timeshare
    19. Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent, and excellent to work for long tenure.
  • 20. Have strong Decision making and presentation abilities.
