Job Description

As the TSM for North Karnataka, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration. You will lead a team of sales professionals, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that Tea Sense remains a market leader in the region. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and achieve sales goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and retail outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotional campaigns and initiatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalations or issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the tea or beverage industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the market and its dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
