Job Description

You will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining strong business relationships with both current and potential customers within the assigned territory or market segment. This role aims to drive new business for the organization's products and services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve making phone calls, conducting in-person visits, and delivering presentations to existing and potential customers. In addition, you will research various sources to identify new customer opportunities and gather information to assess their potential value. A key aspect of your role will be preparing clear and compelling written proposals and quotations for both current and potential customers. You will also be required to address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups will be essential. By analyzing the potential of the territory or market, you will determine the value that current and potential customers bring to the organization. Furthermore, you will develop and oversee a customer value plan, focusing on customer profiles, market share, and value opportunities. Conducting comparisons of the organization's products and services, identifying their strengths, and planning a personalized sales strategy to maximize returns on time investment will be crucial. Regular reporting to management on customer needs, issues, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services is expected. You will stay informed about product applications, technical services, market trends, and competitive activities by reading relevant literature and collaborating with marketing and technical service teams. Participation in trade shows and conventions to represent the organization and stay updated on industry trends will also be part of your responsibilities.,
