Job Summary: The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within an assigned geographical area. This role requires fieldwork, market intelligence, and coordination with distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory. Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors while managing existing sales partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Execute promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Train and guide field sales staff or distributor sales teams, if applicable. Ensure timely collections and manage credit limits of clients. Key Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in sales (Channel Sales & Distribution preferred). Preferably from Telecom, Finance, Mobile Finance, NBFC, Fintech, or Handset Industry. Strong knowledge of retail sales, distributor networks, and revenue growth strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
