Job Description
Hiring for a leading steel Manufacturer. The detail of the requirement is as below: Designation: Assistant Manager - Sales Qualifications & Experience: Any Graduate with a minimum of 3-4 years sales / marketing experience, Preferably with MBA Product : Coated Steel / allied products Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure generation of sales / leads in accordance to annual / monthly sales business plan. Responsible for sales order generation in co-ordination with the distributor sales force. Responsible for network expansion at distributor / dealer level as per business requirements. Co-ordinate with the regional sales manager and dispatch & compliance officer / supply chain officer who are stationed at the contract manufacturer premise for timely production and delivery of the material to distributor / dealer locations. Monitoring competition prices and activities in the market and updating the Regional Sales Manager / central sales & marketing team of the same. Ensure order compliance at distributor / dealer level and logging of sales orders in the system. Generate leads for project sales in co-ordination with central / regional sales team. Monitoring of complaints raised by distributors / dealers and ensure that the complaints are resolved in a timely manner. Driving national / regional / local marketing initiatives as directed. Drive brand exclusivity initiatives at distributor level (to the best extent possible). Maintain contacts and periodic visits to distributors / dealers as per the business requirement. Ensure that the distributors meet all the legal / statutory requirements. Capability building of distributor sales force including technical and sales skills.
