The primary responsibilities include driving sales growth, ensuring end-to-end customer service, enhancing market share, revenue, and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The role also involves engaging with channel partners, fostering business relationships, and expanding the business within the mass retail segment. Organizational Relationship: Reports To: Regional Mass Retail Head (Zonal/Area Manager) Supervision: Direct Supervision: 6 to 7 individuals Indirect Supervision: 6 to 7 individuals Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1. Drive revenue growth by focusing on new and existing channel partners and expanding the company's presence within the territory. 2. Optimize the sales and distribution network to increase market penetration. 3. Strengthen the distribution ecosystem through increased Below the Line (BTL) activities, effective coverage, and transaction outlets. 4. Ensure brand visibility through organized merchandising activities to achieve sales targets. 5. Implement processes to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution. 6. Manage and expand channel/distributor network through incentives and grievance redressal. 7. Lead the territory team, coordinate with Zonal/Area managers, and oversee team development and training. 8. Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders to align with company policies and practices.
