As a Territory Manager-LFRMR, you will be responsible for managing the sales and business development activities for our Consumer Durable Loan-LFR/MR product in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the Consumer Durable Loan-LFR/MR product in the assigned territory - Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them to generate new business opportunities - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Train and mentor sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell the product - Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Strong knowledge of the consumer durable loan market and products - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
