The role of a Territory Manager - Personal Loan (Partner Business) in the Sales - Personal Loan department involves sourcing loans from the market through DSAs/DSTs/Connectors and existing channel partners to build a quality portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a team, cultivating strong relationships, promoting cooperation, and effectively communicating through various mediums. It is essential to ensure adherence to policies and guidelines while executing tasks in a manner that is supportive of sales yet risk-averse, aligning with the bank's overall objectives. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and managing channels in the market to acquire business, maintaining a high-quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection rates, possessing extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends. You will also be expected to identify evolving market trends, develop channels for business acquisition, and deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be required to suggest enhancements to processes and policies within the Retail Banking sector to enhance operational efficiencies and provide top-notch customer service.
