Job Description

Location- Mumbai, Mira Road
Notice period- Immediate- 30 Days (Max)
Experience - 4-10 Years
Relevant experience- 4 years is needed
Budget- 10 LPA + 3 LPA Incentive= 13 LPA
Interview process- 2 rounds of interview (F2F)
Skills needed- Industrial sales, direct sales, project sales, candidates who has experience with travelling international, communication skills, field sales, key account management, sales in central India and south east asia.
Mandatory education qualification- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Civil engineering is required.

Prime Responsibility:
- To drive sales and business development activities across Central India & South East Asia for Arihant Water Park Equipment’s product portfolio.
- Identify and add new channel partners to cover geography and reach
- To drive both direct sales through end customers and indirect sales through Dealers
- Drive revenue stream covering all customer segments (Outdoor & Indoor waterparks, Hotels & resorts, Campgrounds, Municipal Parks etc.) to increase market presence
- Develop trust relationships with key/major clients and win repeat business.
- Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirement
- Developing relationships with key influencers like Architects/Design firms to drive business development
- Managing after sales support for existing customers
- Develop the ecosystem required for execution of project in Central India & South East Asia.

Areas of Responsibility:
- To lead the overall sales and business development effort in Central India & South East Asia
- To achieve sales targets as defined by the business leadership
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term growth plans
- Analysis of the market and the competition mapping
- Demand & Enquiry generation activities and lead it to conversion
- Liaise effectively with the in-house sales support team, marketing, design and PMO
- To maintain the sales report proactively and advice on the forecast of sales
- Maintain and report of the pipeline of project for the region.
- Layout, Bid & offer management - bid preparation and submission for proposals.
- Representing the company in trade associations, conferences, trade shows and industry networking events
- Contract negotiation & strong legal understanding of contract process. 

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate with at least 4 -10 years of experience in project sales, business development, strategy and key account management in Indian markets
- Preferred Industries: Commercial Pools, Leisure industry, Turnkey project selling companies, Companies selling solutions (Water treatment, Sewage etc.) to Hotels & Resorts etc., Capital Goods Industries, Commercial Water Filtration Plants Selling, Turnkey Power Projects, Turnkey Commercial Construction Projects etc.
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Civil engineering is required. MBA in Marketing would be preferred.
- Direct sales to key accounts and Dealer management experience
- Exposure to govt. sales in Central India & South East Asia
- Thorough knowledge of product, market trends, competition, technology, regulatory standards
- Ability to establish & grow the brand in Central India & South East Asian market.
- Open to travel
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Good negotiation skills
