Job Description
Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and brokers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns to promote insurance products. Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize sales performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Identify new business opportunities and explore new markets Work Experience should have experience in the BFSI/Broking industry, specifically with a work experience in managing brokers and in particular Venue business will be added advantage.,
