Job Description

As a dedicated team member, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the CML (Customer Management List) and segmentation of firms within your assigned territory. It is essential to maintain a minimum visit frequency based on the tier of firms being handled. Your tasks will include completing the profiling of each firm by addressing key questions provided through the designated App. Regular updating of firm profiling parameters every 6 months is mandatory to ensure accurate information. You will be accountable for ensuring that a certain proportion of all CML profiled firms are classified as "active". It is also crucial to generate a specific business revenue target, out of which a proportion designated for different channels must be maintained. Another key aspect of your role involves product indexing, including creating a firm and site-level index for specified product ranges that are region-specific. This will entail completing company/product modules at a specified number of firms within designated time frames, aligning with planned product launches. Additionally, you will be responsible for mapping out execution entities for specialized categories within the CML, conducting training, and ensuring completion of usage metrics within the stipulated time frame. Furthermore, your responsibilities will extend to mapping and segmenting firms and internal stakeholders as per the Engagement Program tiers. You will need to follow through with the outlined tasks for individual stakeholders/firms under the Engagement Program offerings. In terms of service offerings, your role will involve driving a percentage of sales through specific initiatives such as Sparkle PS, which includes conducting one wall makeover and express proposition demos for focus firms. Additionally, you will be tasked with promoting the utilization of the app service module and Sparkle plugins at a designated percentage of firms within the CML, with a particular focus on Type C & D firms. Overall, your role is crucial in ensuring effective CML and firm management, product indexing, stakeholder engagement, and driving service offerings to achieve the set business targets and objectives.,
