Job Description
As a TBM ASC at Abbott, you will play a pivotal role in achieving division-wise primary targets while ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets. Your focus will be on generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and avoiding any cases of stock expiry on the Stockist shelf by timely liquidation through prescription generation. Building strong relationships with customers and Stockists will be a key aspect of your role, along with timely Stockist visits as per defined frequency. You will prioritize doctors effectively, meet them with the right frequency, and collaborate with managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and enhance relationships. Your responsibilities will also include planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and reporting sales progress. Additionally, you will organize Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs, as well as generate POBs for Abbott brands according to the business plan. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2+ years of experience. However, freshers with good communication and analytical skills will also be considered. A qualification in B.Sc. or B.Pharma is required for this position.
