Key Responsibilities: S.CURVE CHART E-PROCUREMENT Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final submission. Analyze tender documents to understand project scope, client requirements, and evaluation criteria. Ensure timely and compliant submission of tenders, adhering to all technical and commercial Bid Strategy & Proposal Development: Develop competitive bid strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal departments to gather necessary inputs. Prepare comprehensive proposals, including technical write-ups, cost estimates, and project schedules.expertia.ai+2expertia.ai+2jobed.ai+2simplyhired.co.in Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Oversee the preparation of accurate cost estimates, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overheads. Ensure that pricing strategies align with company profitability goals and market competitiveness. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify requirements and negotiate terms. Maintain strong relationships to facilitate smooth tender processes and future opportunities. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead and mentor the tendering team, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency. Implement best practices to enhance the quality and success rate of bids. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in tender management within the construction industry. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tendering software and tools, such as ERP systems and cost estimation software. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
