Job Description 1. Tender/Bid scouting on various tender websites. 2. Studying tender Documents and analyzing qualification criteria, scope of work. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify necessary documentation and prepare data & bid. 4. Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of tender submissions timely in close coordination with Senior Management Team. 5. Keep track of the submitted tenders and prepare a MIS for the same. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree. 2. Minium 5 years of experience of Tender Management and Business Development in Core Civil Infrastructure Work with a good understanding of the various tender portals for bid submission process. 3. Effective communication skills (both Spoken & Writing). 4.
