Hiring for Tender Executive / Bid Management at Kalpataru International Projects Ltd Mumbai Qualification: Bachelors in engineering (Mandatory) (Only apply if you have relevant Qualification & Experience) Interested can share their resume on nikitha.prabhu@kalpataruprojects.com - Tender Preparation and Submission*: Coordinate and manage the preparation of tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. - Bid Management*: Analyze and review tender documents, specifications, and terms & conditions to identify key requirements and potential risks. - Liaison and Communication*: Act as a point of contact between the company and clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Communicate effectively to gather necessary information for tender preparation. - Documentation and Compliance*: Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Maintain records of all submitted tenders and related documents. - Coordination with Internal Teams*: Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and other departments to gather necessary inputs for tender preparation and ensure alignment with company policies. - Market Research and Analysis*: Conduct market research to identify upcoming tenders, market trends, and competitor activities to aid in strategic decision-making. - Post-Tender Activities*: Follow up on submitted tenders and provide post-tender clarification and negotiation support as required. - Process Improvement*: Continuously monitor and improve tender processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and success rates. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in tender coordination or bid management, preferably in the oil and gas industry. - Strong understanding of tendering procedures and procurement processes in the oil and gas sector. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software/tools. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.,
