Designation : Consultant / Senior/ Lead Consultant Job Description : Required Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum experience of 5 to 7 years as support engineer in VM ware, Azure Devops, Middleware Solid experience & knowledge in incident life cycle Must understand Siebel application architecture, application configuration. Should have worked as technical support in production, dev and test environments in incidents. Experience in L1, L2, L3 support levels, First line resolution on defects\incidents\RCA analysis ITIL Foundation certified would be an advantage SLA management & k nowledge on environment setup, configuration, and maintenance. Familiarity with software development and testing processes. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
