Job Description

One Positions in Telesales/calling
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Female candidate preferred)
Job locations: Gurgaon (Sector -48)
Salary: 20k to 25k pm (depends on experience/Skills)
Maximum Qualification Graduates
6 days working, work from office
Job description:
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up.
• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer
requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
• Explaining the product features in detail & Services to the customers & fix maximum
meeting.
• Candidates work closely with our salespeople & achieve weekly/monthly targets.
• Tele calling and regular following up with the clients.
• Lead generation & Data mining from different sources.
• Proven experience as tele sales representative or another sales/customer service role.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve objection handling.
• Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
