Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Jaipur. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell products or services. Key duties include understanding the customer's needs, explaining the features and benefits of the products, responding to customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer records, processing orders, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
