Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain the company's products and services clearly and persuasively. Maintain customer database and follow up regularly. Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets. Keep records of calls and customer feedback. Maintain a high level of productivity and call quality. Requirements Graduate in any field. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Good listening skills and a polite, convincing attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily call targets.
