Role Description This is a contract and remote role for a Telesales Executive-Insurance. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and offering appropriate insurance products based on customer needs. The role requires meeting sales targets and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. Qualifications Strong Communication and Negotiating skills 6 months to 2 Years of Experience in Tele-Sales in any Industry Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Capable of dialing 250 plus calls. Ability to work independently and remotely Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Language Proficiency - English and Kannada Salary - INR 17,000 to INR 21,000 per month Work Location - Mahadevpura, Near Whitefield, Bangalore Week off - 1 Rotational ***Need Immediate Joiners****,
