Key Responsibilities Answer phones and explain the products and services offered by the company Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts Obtain customer information and other relevant data Ask questions to the customer and understand their specifications Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services Make recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals Take and process product orders professionally Maintain the database of the customers regularly Suggest solutions based on the customers needs and requirements Requirements Proficiency in Hindi and/or English (2 positions) Proficiency in Tamil and English or Hindi (1 position) Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone Additional Information This is an onsite position at our office in Bhuyangdev, Ahmedabad Experienced candidates are preferred About Company: Brands.live (Formerly Brandspot365) is a mobile application which allow users to get personalized greetings with their company logo, details and product/service information.,
