Job Summary: The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales, promote products/services, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Understand customer needs and provide relevant information. Follow up with leads to convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications: High school diploma or bachelors degree in any field. Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred. Fluency in the local language and English. Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage. Skills Required: Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
