About the Company: NBFC firm new branch in Ernakulam. Overview: As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing deals over the phone, while also maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets. Note: Attractive incentives Females Preferred Duties & Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outbound calling. Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products or services, understand their needs, and close sales. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding predetermined sales targets. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and overall performance in the company's CRM system. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Order Processing: Accurately take and process customer orders. Follow-up: Perform follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities. Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to achieve company goals.
