Job Description
- ? Key Responsibilities:Handle daily customer calls & WhatsApp inquiries
- Manage new bookings and assign them to service partners
- Maintain Google Sheets / CRM for tracking leads & earnings
- Follow up with customers for confirmation & feedback
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and resolve on-ground issues
- Prepare basic reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
