Job Title: AXIS Bank Process

Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra

Shift Timing: Rotational shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Promote and cross-sell relevant banking products
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates currently enrolled in college or pursuing ongoing studies are not eligible
• Age limit: 18 to 30 years

Salary and Benefits:

• In-hand salary: ?16,000 per month
• Attractive incentive structure (unlimited incentives based on performance)

Travel Boundaries:

• Candidates must reside between Thane and Badlapur
• Candidates from Mumbra are not eligible
