Job Title: Telesales Agent (US Sales Process)

Location: Phase 8 B, Mohali

Shift Timings: US Shift (9 PM to 6 AM)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our dynamic Telesales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to work in an international environment. As a Telesales Agent, you will play a key role in generating leads and driving sales, while receiving valuable training and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-energy sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers within the US market
• Promote and sell products/services through effective communication
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong customer relationships
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet overall sales goals

Requirements:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills in English
• A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timings)
• Go-getter attitude and strong work ethic
