Job Description: As a Tele Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote products and generate sales. Your primary focus will be on driving grocery home delivery sales by engaging with both new and existing customers. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a basic understanding of marketing and promotional activities. With a strong persuasive calling and sales skills, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets through consistent customer interaction and follow-up. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and updating accurate records of customer details and feedback, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships to encourage customer retention and repeat business. Additionally, you will be required to share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 12 years of experience, preferably in the Insurance or FMCG sector, and hold a graduate degree (MBA preferred).
