As an Associate Sales Consultant in our organization, you will be responsible for conducting telesales activities. Your role will involve reaching out to potential customers to introduce them to our products or services and spark their interest. Additionally, you will be expected to handle incoming calls effectively, converting queries into sales opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both prospects and existing customers will be crucial to drive retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate for this position should be a 12th Pass to Any Graduate, aged between 18 to 30 years. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply. Proficiency in languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and English will be an added advantage. The working location is at Tidel Park, Taramani, Chennai, with 6 working days and 1 roster off. Employee benefits offered include Provident Fund (PF), Mediclaim, and incentives. The salary package for freshers is 18k gross, while experienced candidates will be offered a compensation based on their last Cost to Company (CTC), with a maximum limit of up to 4 LPA.
