Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers for taking sales appointments mainly Online Appointments for our sales team Key Responsibilities for Sales Appointment Setter Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to schedule sales appointments for the team. Engage decision-makers effectively to understand their needs and position relevant products/services as solutions. Promote and generate interest in products/services to qualify leads and secure appointments. Address customer queries by providing accurate information and resolving any objections to ensure a seamless appointment process. Update and maintain customer details, call notes, and appointment outcomes in the CRM/database. Follow up consistently to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed. Maintain a professional tone and a positive attitude in all interactions to build trust and rapport with customers. Report daily call outcomes, appointment conversion rates, and provide insights/feedback to the sales team for improvements.
