Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and results-driven individuals for the Telesales Process at our Marathahalli office. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales over the phone. Its an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers

• Pitch products/services and explain their features and benefits

• Handle objections and close sales effectively

• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales process (telesales/inside sales)

• Graduation is mandatory

• Proficiency in English along with any regional language (preferred: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
