Generating new business through telesales efforts and relationship building. A minimum requirement of 1 year of telemarketing or telesales experience Cold calling & Client interaction Excellent voice communication skills Experience in generating leads and selling Ability to work under pressure to achieve KPIs. To identify & understand the client's business & offer the best solution. Promote the company and its offerings to the markets we target. Ability to learn & understand new things Establish and maintain new relationships with prospective clients while promoting our solutions. Cold calling & Client interaction Proactively innovate to increase the sales. Interacting with potential customers and addressing telephonic queries. Maintaining the database of generated leads. Preparing daily activity reports and MIS/CRM. Should have exposure in computers with knowledge of MS Office especially Ready to take challenges. Should be exposed to multiple lead generation portals. Identify the suitable marketing strategies to generate new leads.
