Job Description
You will be responsible for fixing meetings with all targeted customers as per the sales plans in order to develop ongoing relationships. It is important to regularly update the company's customer relationship management system (CRM) and maintain a professional and appropriate approach to customers to support business growth, brand differentiation, sales margin, and customer loyalty. Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as advised by the management is crucial in this role. Your main focus will be on developing and growing the customer base, particularly corporate customers in Mumbai and PAN India. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to closely liaise with Operations departments as necessary. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years of Tele-Sales management experience, a proven track record in successfully fixing meetings and building sales, extensive knowledge of hotel reservation inventory, excellent English language skills (both written and spoken), and proficiency in Microsoft suite of products. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of total work experience, with English language proficiency preferred. The work location for this role is in person.,
