As a dynamic Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing premium clients by employing a consultative and sales-driven approach. Your role will involve developing and nurturing strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and converting leads into long-term revenue opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include conducting detailed consultations to assess client goals and preferences, delivering personalized recommendations and services, driving revenue through upselling and lead conversion, and ensuring successful client engagement and retention throughout the lifecycle. Additionally, you will proactively pursue prospects and leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a background in the insurance and broking industry being advantageous. Your ability in consultative or solution-based sales, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing capabilities, and a client-first mindset will be crucial. Moreover, you should be comfortable working towards performance metrics and revenue targets, be organized, proactive, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
