As an Academic Counselor at our location on M G Road, Bangalore, you will be required to communicate fluently in English (C1 Level) and Hindi. The ideal candidate will have a Graduation qualification and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Telesales. Your responsibilities will include providing academic counseling to students, offering guidance and support to help them make informed decisions about their educational journey. This role requires you to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students effectively. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 30000-35000, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The job offers a full-time, permanent position with day shift and morning shift schedules. Furthermore, you may be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your achievements.
