Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Call Handling & Communication a) Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner. b) Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel and take messages when necessary. c) Respond to new admission inquiries and provide relevant details to prospective students and parents. d) Make outgoing calls as required by the administration or management. Front Office & Visitor Assistance a) Provide basic information about the institution, programs, and services to callers. b) Assist visitors by directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. c) Coordinate with the front office team for handling student, staff, and visitor inquiries. Record Keeping & Coordination a) Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls for reference. b) Update and manage contact lists of faculty, staff, and key external contacts. c) Keep records of important messages and ensure timely delivery to concerned persons. Technical & Administrative Support a) Ensure proper functioning of telephone systems and report any issues to IT support. b) Assist in sending and receiving official correspondence, including emails and fax communication. c) Support administrative tasks as assigned, such as scheduling appointments and managing meeting reminders.
