As a Senior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to direct and contribute to the concept, development, and design of Telematics Application Software while strengthening your analytical skills and mastery of engineering concepts. You will partner with and provide technical guidance to global teams, contribute to the planning and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, mentor and coach team members, and broaden your professional network. Your responsibilities will include developing Software Requirements, creating Design, developing Software, conducting Unit Testing, writing Test Procedures, performing Acceptance Testing, engaging in Level 2 Troubleshooting, conducting Regression Testing, and participating in Code Review and Design Review. Qualifications for this role include a Master / Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics curriculum, along with 9-12 years of relevant work experience with a Degree. Experience in embedded application development, knowledge of ssh, FTP, etc., and experience in implementing networking protocols or networking applications are required. Strong analytical skills, emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks are also essential. Skills that are necessary for this position include proficiency in Linux, C++, Thread Programming, Debugging Code (SEGFAULT, Memory Leaks, Stack Overflows, RAM Usage, Race Condition), Server - Client or Socket programming concepts, Network Protocol Concepts, and Networking basics, as well as knowledge of Automotive Communication Protocols.,
