Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts. Responding to Enquiries concerning things or the organization Considering the details of each offering and staying side by the side of updates to these contributions. Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details. Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items. Requirements Good knowledge of Portals like Social Media, B2B platforms like Trade India, Indiamart etc. Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role. Graduation in any stream /High school diploma. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone. Ability to switch communication styles Skills Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills Research and record-keeping skills Verbal communication Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints Data entry skills Closing skills Telephone skills Salary:- 10K to 12K CTC.
