Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers and present tailored telecom solutions. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Promote du Telecom products and services to both individual and corporate clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Product Knowledge and Promotion: Stay updated on du Telecoms latest products, services, and promotions. Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers. Reporting and Coordination: Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecom sales or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Fluency in English , Hindi , Bengali or Malayalam Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Sales targets achieved. Customer satisfaction scores.
