Job Title: Telecalling Team Leader

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecalling Team Leader to manage and guide a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring performance, providing training and support, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Handle escalated customer queries or complaints effectively
• Ensure team members follow scripts, procedures, and company policies
• Conduct training sessions to improve communication, sales, and customer handling skills
• Generate and analyze reports on team performance and call metrics
