Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Kochi team. The role involves outbound calling, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and cross-selling insurance products across health, life, and motor insurance categories. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to promote suitable insurance products Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums clearly to prospects Cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs Follow up with leads and maintain timely communication Maintain call logs, update CRM, and track conversions Coordinate with sales and operations teams for policy issuance and customer service Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal processes Key Requirements: Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass); Graduates preferred Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in telecalling, preferably in insurance, BFSI, Motor Renewals or tele-sales Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and basic English/Hindi Good knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage Proactive attitude with sales focus and customer empathy Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance incentives Structured training and support Opportunity to grow in a fast-growing insurance distribution platform Work environment as part of a reputed and professionally managed business group Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Elamakkara, Kochi, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025,
